I have started a new blog: Blog Law Blog. It's not, in general, a blog about law, nor a blog about blogs, nor even a blog about law blogs. It's a blog about blog law. That is, it's a blog about the legal aspects of blogging.
I am not quitting this blog. Pixelization will continue to have its broader subject matter, and posts will come one or twice a month. On Blog Law Blog, I'll be sticking to the blog's more narrowly defined scope, and I'll be posting a lot more often.
There's been a lot to talk about in just the first week: the iPhone/Gizmodo police raid, the "Marty" affair in Southborough, Mass., and a $35K fine for the offcourt/online conduct of blogger and all-star NBA center Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic.
If you have tips or suggestions for posts for Blog Law Blog, let me know!
